General
How long is a typical tour?
Most tours run 45–90 minutes, but you set the pace. Linger where something clicks, skip what doesn't.
What do I need to bring for a museum tour?
Your phone and earphones if you want audio.
Can I use MuseMuse offline?
Not yet- offline mode is coming. For now, you'll need data or Wi-Fi.
Where do you get your content?
All content is created in-house by our writers who care about getting it right. We pull from trusted sources and turn them into stories that actually feel human. Images come from public archives or our own shoots.
What if I don’t see an artwork where the app says it should be?
Artworks move, they get restored, loaned out, swapped, or relocated. We update constantly, but museums change faster than we do sometimes.
If you're staring at an empty wall, open the artwork in the app, go to the Map tab, and tap "Artwork Not Here." That pings us immediately so we can fix it for everyone.
On a tour? Just skip to the next stop. There's still plenty to see.
