What if I don’t see an artwork where the app says it should be?
Artworks move! They might be getting restored, loaned to another museum, swapped out, or simply relocated—and we're constantly updating the app to keep up.
If you find yourself in front of an empty wall, open the artwork's profile in the app, go to the "Map" tab, and tap "Artwork Not Here" below the map. This notifies us instantly so we can investigate and update it for everyone. Thank you—you're helping fellow museum-goers, and we appreciate it! ❤
If you're on a tour, just skip to the next stop—there’s still plenty to explore.
