1. Agreement to Terms

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

• Use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and publicly perform your User Content in connection with operating and improving the Services.
• Use your User Content for promotional and marketing purposes.

This license continues even if you stop using the Services.

B. Your Responsibility for User Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content.

• You must own or have the necessary rights to share the User Content.
• Your User Content must not violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or contain defamatory, misleading, offensive, or unlawful material.
• We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or restrict access to any User Content that violates these Terms.

C. Removal of User Content

You may delete your User Content at any time, but copies may remain on our systems due to backups, caching, or legal retention requirements.

7. Use of the Services

MuseMuse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Download and install the App on your personal devices.

Prohibited activities, you agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Services.
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
• Use automated tools (such as bots or scrapers) to access or collect data from the Services.

MuseMuse reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Services if you violate these Terms.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

MuseMuse offers both free and paid Services.

A. Free and Paid Services

• Free users have access to limited content and features.
• Paid subscribers receive unlimited access to premium content, self-guided tours, and exclusive features.

B. Billing and Auto-Renewal

• Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
• Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment details.

C. Refunds

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Appstore.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services.

• MuseMuse does not control or endorse third-party content.
• Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
• Review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

10. Termination

MuseMuse reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms.
• Remove or restrict access to any User Content that violates these Terms.

If your account is terminated:

• You must stop using the Services immediately.
• Some of your User Content may still be visible depending on prior sharing settings.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

MuseMuse does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

B. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MuseMuse will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our systems or stored data.

MuseMuse does not limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
• If you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
